A tangy dressing that will make any simple salad sing.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of olive oil
⅓ cup of white wine vinegar
1 tbsp WildCape UMF™ Manuka honey
1 tsp dijon mustard or any mustard you have in the cupboard
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Any green salad will taste amazing with this dressing, but below is what we like to use
Washed cos leaves
Rocket leaves micro greens or sprouts
Thinly sliced radish
Avocado quarters sprinkled with toasted seeds of your choice
Drizzle with your prepared dressing.
