RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your WildCape Manuka Honey please email us at orders@wildcapehoney.co.nz or call +64 6 927 7126 within 30 days of your purchase and we will happily refund your purchase price.

To assist us with your refund and the return of the items please provide the following information:

Your contact name and phone number
Confirmation email including your delivery number
Delivery docket including your delivery number
Description of products being returned
Reason for returning goods

If you receive damaged or incorrect items please email us at orders@wildcapehoney.co.nz or call +64 6 927 7126 so we can refund or replace your order and arrange for the return of your items.

Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa.
